“I arrived at 7:05 PM on December 25, only to be told that the boat was full and I couldn't board. I was asked to wait until 9:45 PM instead. This was terrible. After waiting over 20 minutes, they finally allowed us to board, explaining that their website had malfunctioned and caused overbooking, leaving them with no other choice. However, right after giving this explanation, they forced us off the boat again, and their attitude was very poor. We had to wait in the cold wind for so long, yet we received no compensation, no sincere apology, and no immediate refund.”
