“The overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend for anyone in Paris for a romantic evening or even just with friends. The food was very good. The wine was ok. The champagne was good. I feel for non-english speakers, the start-instructions (going to the main room not the boat) were confusing, given that I had to assist some. The boat also left port very late, or at least a lot later than expected, we had finished our entree way before we left. But then the pace was fine after that anyway, just stressed me out a bit at the beginning. Especially being an evening cruise, the views were spectacular…”

“I arrived at 7:05 PM on December 25, only to be told that the boat was full and I couldn't board. I was asked to wait until 9:45 PM instead. This was terrible. After waiting over 20 minutes, they finally allowed us to board, explaining that their website had malfunctioned and caused overbooking, leaving them with no other choice. However, right after giving this explanation, they forced us off the boat again, and their attitude was very poor. We had to wait in the cold wind for so long, yet we received no compensation, no sincere apology, and no immediate refund.”
